FAQ

You can keep each item for up to 60 day, so others can enjoy them too. For any item unreturned by the stipulated rental period, there is a non-refundable charge of SGD8 every day.
If you've used up all your swaps, you can purchase an additional one-time swap to your plan. Simply go to My Page > My Subscription.
Your billing cycle restarts every 30 days.
The Unlimited upgrade is non-refundable.
